EBMyotherapy- Time to book in a Myotherapy or Remedial massage- Term 1 is done, school holidays, Easter and daylight savings.

Hello Everyone

We are ¼ the way through the year. It feels like yesterday that we all were celebrating the New Year.

It is now the end of the first term of school which mean children are on school holidays for 2 or 3 weeks depending on schools Easter and the end of daylights savings is here.

For the sporting fans out there the AFL is back f or quite a few their weekends is based around when their team is playing and footy tipping. These that know me, know that I am a   HUGE Melbourne Storm fan and they are at the moment 4-0 Fingers crossed for the year.

Our lives day have become about work, school activities, sporting events etc that we leave our health well being at the doors. Think that muscle pain, sore neck, shoulders lower back will fix itself. For most it becomes worse.

As the grind kicks in we need to set aside time to look after ourselves.
That is where I am come in with the Muscular aches and pains, maintaining injuries and to have time to de-stress.
